I have a unique skill set; all of my expertise comes from being an owner operator and with over 22+ years of hands on experience I’ve developed a deep understanding of all facets of retail. My passion is improving and growing retail business by thinking outside the box and creating emotional engagement with customers and your team. Think, see and act differently.
A bit more about me…
In 1996 I launched and operated D.inc, a highly successful multi-site retail concept focused on premium international denim. In 2002 I successfully negotiated the exclusive licence for G-star stores in Australia and New Zealand. 2003 saw the opening of the first store in Australia and only the second store globally, and we would go on to become the largest G-Star retail partner globally including:
- Grew it from 1 store to 40 stores across Australia over 15 years
- Employed over 350 people
- Turn over $50+ million
Other cool stuff I’ve done…
Launching retail pop up concepts Dust and Self Made, I experimented with true customer centricity and sensory retail. More recently I developed and launched a premium casual restaurant concept; Hungry Bear Pizza Bar.
